We cooperate with a 'print-on-demand' direct supplier. The products are stored and printed at their premises in Europe.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Orders are generally sent from the partner's premises in Latvia.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation that includes a tracking link. If you want updated information about the progress of the order to your e-mail, enter your e-mail address on the tracking page.
After the order arrives in Finland, the best way to track it is OmaPosti , in which case you will receive a notification about the arrival of the package directly on your phone. Otherwise, you will receive a paper arrival notification, which will delay the delivery by 1-3 business days. If there is a mailbox in the household, smaller orders may be delivered directly there.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Really sad if this happened! In order for the matter to be resolved quickly, please contact info[at]hevimies.fi as soon as possible. Attach pictures of the damage or defect in the product or alternatively of the wrong product, your name and order number to the message. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds?
You are entitled to a refund if you have received the wrong product or the product is damaged. In that case, please contact us immediately at info[at]hevimies.fi. Attach pictures of the wrong/damaged products to the message, and we'll figure it out.
Can I exchange the product for another size/color?
You have a 30-day exchange right. If you are unsure which size fits best, check the size charts - the charts can be found in the product descriptions of the products. The products are only made to order, so we appreciate very much getting to know the tables ;)
Sometimes, however, it hurts and happens. So if the garment doesn't fit or the color is wrong, just contact info(at)hevimies.fi quickly. Let's take over!
Can you order shirts with your own text?
Yes you can. We have added a customizable t-shirt to the selection. Other customizable products are also coming.
In addition to that, you can order anything from us on the store's website, customized to your liking. So if you can't find your favorite ready-made in the shop, we'll make one!
For example, if you want a t-shirt with your own face on it and also frost it with a text praising your beauty, you can do it as follows;
- Find a suitable t-shirt in the selection of the Hevimies store
- choose the color and size you want from the available options
- put em. information to us by e-mail info(at)hevimies.fi. Add your wonderful picture and desired text to the message, as well as any instructions or a description of the desired end result
- within 1-3 business days, we will send a printout of the final result by email, which can still be modified according to your wishes.
- when you accept the print, you will receive a link to complete the order
In many cases, even the products on sale can be modified according to the customer's wishes. This mainly applies to text-emphasized shirts, hoodies and mugs. If, for example , this beauty would speak more with a more precise address, then it can be arranged!
