Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it has not been used or worn, its product tags have not been removed, and the product must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can initiate a return by sending us a message at info@hevimies.fi.

If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept products that are sent back to us without a return request.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Some products cannot be returned. These include custom products (such as special orders and custom products) and hygiene products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

Unfortunately, promotional products or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and purchase a new product once the return has been approved.

 

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal


Unless otherwise provided for in the above terms and conditions, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been used or worn, has not had any tags removed, and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds


We will notify you when your refund has been received and reviewed. We will also let you know whether we will accept the refund. If your refund is accepted, you will receive your money back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit it into your account.
